The Veterinary Center inaugurated its first structure in 1992 in the center of the city of Angera, thanks to the close professional collaboration between dr. Hettinger and Dr. Nedalini.
In September 1996, it moved to its current headquarters in via Galileo Galilei 44, to offer a greater number of services dedicated to patients and its customers.
Thanks to its qualified staff and the attention dedicated to new techniques and equipment, it specializes in the clinic and surgery of small animals, but also of sheep and goats and equidae.
It also boasts a collaboration for several years with the Varese Provincial Breeders Association and, more recently, with the Onlus Association Anch'Io I want to run, which deals with the recovery and fostering of stray animals and the protection of animals from company.

Dr. Michael Karl Hettinger

Born in Schaerbeek Brussels (Belgium) on 11/25/1961, he graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Milan. After completing his studies, he moved to Ireland for 3 years, where he enriched his work experience. Back in Italy, he dedicated himself to the care of livestock (cattle, sheep, goats and equids) and pets. In 1992 he founded the Veterinary Center in Angera with his colleague Dr. Nedalini. In the following years he deals with orthopedics attending numerous SCIVAC courses and obtaining the qualification from the FSA to perform radiograms for hip and elbow dysplasia of the dog. For more than 15 years he has been a visitor to the orthopedic clinic of dr. Ferretti located in Legnano (MI) and, always as a visitor, has been following the surgical interventions of Prof. Buracco at the University of Turin for several years. His professional interests are focused on soft tissue surgery and orthopedics. He is also a consultant for the Varese Provincial Breeders Association.
He is fluent in German, Italian, English and French. He is enrolled in the professional register of Veterinary Doctors of Varese (n ° 233).
Dr. Ester Gerosa
Born in Varese on 4-06-1982, she graduated with full marks in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Milan in 2009. In the summer of 2009 she carried out an internship at a veterinary clinic with first aid in Varese. From September 2009 to today he has been working as a freelancer at the Angera Veterinary Center, dealing with general medicine, anesthesia and diagnostic imaging, with particular attention to the ultrasound method.
From 2011 to 2012 he participated in the Postgraduate Course in Veterinary Law and Legislation at the University of Milan.
She has been a member of SCIVAC since 2010 and a member of SVIDI (Italian Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging Society) since 2015. She is registered in the professional register of Veterinary Doctors of Varese (No. 500).
Dr. Daniela Palumbo
Born in Gallarate (VA) on 28-06-1983, she graduated with honors in Veterinary Medicine in 2009 at the University of Milan. From 2009 to 2011 he worked as a shift worker in the emergency room of a clinic in Legnano (MI). Later he became interested in ophthalmology following a course in Padua, and then obtained the CES (Certificat Etudes Superieures) d'Ophtalmologie at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Toulouse (France). She is registered with the SOVI (Italian Veterinary Ophthalmologists Society). In the Veterinary Center she deals with the clinic of pets, ophthalmology, anesthesia and carrying out laboratory tests. She is registered in the professional register of Veterinary Doctors of Varese (n ° 558).
Dr.ssa Annalisa Sapio
Nata ad Avellino il 29/12/1977, si laurea in Medicina Veterinaria presso l'Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II, nel 2003. Dopo un tirocinio lavora presso l'Ospedale Veterinario "CMC" di Avellino. Segue un corso in "Ispezione degli alimenti di origine animale e derivati". Nel 2008 si occupa delle profilassi per l'eradicazione della Brucellosi, identificazione e vaccinazioni dei capi bufalini e bovini. Poi continua a svolgere la sua attività collaborando con diverse strutture veterinarie in ambito di Medicina generale ed interna. Dal 2018 collabora presso la Clinica "Malpensa" e con la Clinica "San Matteo" di Malnate. Dal 2021 collabora come libero professionista presso il Centro-Veterinario Angera, occupandosi di medicina generale, anestesia, laboratorio. E' iscritta all'albo professionale dei Medici Veterinari di Avellino (n°376).
Dr. Raissa Falaschi
Born in Varese on 26-08-1989, she graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Milan in 2016. Since January 2017 she has worked in various Veterinary Clinics and Veterinary Emergency Departments in the province of Varese. Since May 2017 he has been working as a freelancer at the Angera Veterinary Center, dealing with general medicine, with particular interest in non-conventional species.
In 2019 he obtained the II Level Master in Reproduction, Management, Pathology and Therapy of Unconventional Animals at the University of Parma.
She has been a SIVAE member since 2019. She is registered in the professional register of Veterinary Doctors of Varese (n ° 619).
Elisa Merati
Nata 08/08/1991 a Tradate,
Studentessa Abivet in attesa di conseguire il diploma di Tecnico Veterinario, collabora come aiuto veterinario presso il Centro veterinario Angera dopo aver effettuato il tirocinio.
